Ending Cycles within Cycles
Full Moon in Virgo/Lunar Eclipse 3/14/2025 23 degrees 56 minutes 2:54 am
Welcome to the beginning of the eclipse season! The eclipses bring intensified energy to the cosmic alignments. The large stellium in Pisces points to an intensified closing cycle. Many cycles are ending during this time. The ending of the Piscean age, the ending of the patriarchy, the ending of a 19-year cycle, and the ending of the most recently past nodal cycle.
This year, the eclipse season begins with a Lunar Eclipse in Virgo, ending the nodal cycle in Aries and Libra. Mars and Venus have been the focus since July 2023, as we have learned to emphasize ourselves over the other. The nodal rulers have ended the cycle by exhibiting a retrograde motion to accelerate and internalize the growth. Mars has resumed its forward motion. Venus will remain in retrograde motion through the Solar eclipse. This is significant because the Aries's Solar Eclipse and New Moon kick off a new cycle. The new cycle requires an acceleration in values.
As the structure of reality dissolves, a strong inner core is required to withstand the emotional upheavals that will accompany the dissolution. At the same time, this emotional structure can hold the new spiritually derived energy. We are letting go of seeing ourselves through the eyes of separateness while embodying the energies of forgiveness, acceptance, compassion, and universal love.
Openness to receive and accept all experiences is the key to this awakening. Any constriction or resistance shows us that we are not yet ready to step into the next phase of reality. This is the open heart. There is no fear, only acceptance.
A total shift of consciousness is what is coming. Mercury rules Gemini. Gemini represents the right brain and empirical knowledge. It also hints that there is something unseen in the seen world. Understanding the world through the eyes of separation is only seeing a part of reality, the Gemini part.
Jupiter is the right brain, the part of the mind that sees through the imagination and beyond what is seen. Jupiter and Sagittarius are linked to the Pisces archetype. It is through our intuition and inner knowing that we connect to Pisces. With Jupiter in Gemini, we have been expanding our whole consciousness.
The current nodal rulers, Mercury and Neptune, are guiding this year and half of the following year. Both planets are linked to awareness. Our understanding of who we are will change as we integrate the Virgo and Pisces axis.
Mercury, through Pisces, dissolved the old way of seeing the world. Mercury in Aries allows us to explore new realms of consciousness. We begin aligning our thoughts and communication with what we are experiencing directly. For some, the unseen aspects of reality may be realized.
Mercury retrograding back into Pisces will give us another glimpse of the unseen. Venus retrograde is allowing a recalibration of our values. With the Mercury conjunction, we are beginning a new cycle of aligning our perspective with new needs and values.
This Lunar Eclipse offers each of us the opportunity to expand our consciousness. We have been taught to see the world through the eyes of separation. This perspective expands as we begin to perceive the unseen world. When it does, we will start to perceive how the perspective of separation has led to values that have caused so much harm, pain, and suffering. This is where forgiveness comes in. We must accept what has happened and have compassion for ourselves and others. Then, we move forward with new understanding, higher meaning, and adjusted values.
This shift in consciousness will happen from within each of us through the function of Jupiter. It comes from within, through the heart. We only have to pay attention to the impulse that arises from within and act on it; in time, the rest of the world will follow.
Moon conjunct SN Virgo
The Moon conjunct the SN in Virgo is in a closing phase to each other. This signifies that the cycle of the past Self is ending concerning the current Self. The SN in Virgo refers to a past self that has seen itself solely through the internal eyes of separation, guilt, and lack. The Virgo archetype is the archetype of discernment, the details, the step-by-step process of working to perfect the Self and to serve the community. When the details of the whole get separated, there can be feelings of lack, inferiority, and superiority. This is the cycle that is closing. The closing phase of any cycle can feel intense. We can feel the inklings of what is coming next, yet we must bring the cycle to its full conclusion. We are each inwardly contemplating these feelings to self-analyze and adjust our self-image.
Moon conjunct SN opposed Saturn, Sun, NN, Neptune in Pisces
This Full moon is very intertwined with the large Pisces stellium. It opposes it, which is an integration pattern that swings between both poles until a balance can be achieved. The stellium involves the Sun, NN, Saturn, and Neptune. Here is the breakdown.
Saturn in Pisces refers to the energy that crystallizes the spiritual or Source energy. Another way of saying it could be to make something tangible or to manifest. It also can refer to the crystallization of a structure capable of protecting the inner emotional field during this time of dissolving the previous paradigm.
The Sun in Pisces refers to the dissolving of a way of self-actualizing or self-actualizing the dissolving of a completed purpose. It can also refer to the self-actualization of spiritual principles.
The NN in Pisces refers to the Spiritualization of the future identity. This future Self aligns with compassion, acceptance, forgiveness, and universal love. The passage of the NN through Pisces began on January 11th and will continue until July 2026.Neptune, at the anaretic degree of Pisces, symbolizes the end of the cycle of dissolution. The last degree of any sign is the most intense because the energy is about to change drastically. Neptune has been dissolving the most recent social structure for 14 years. As it completes its journey, there is intense agitation. Like the death throes of what is no longer serving our evolution.
Together, all these planets sing the same melody, each expressing a different instrument.
The opposition to the SN-Moon conjunction is an integration of the past/current identity that sees itself through the eyes of separation, shame, guilt, not measuring up, and constant adjustment to perfect the self-image. The stellium is about dissolving and spiritualizing our attachment to the past and stepping into new, uncharted territory. We do this with compassion, acceptance, and forgiveness for ourselves, which will translate into our relationships with others.
Moon/SN trine Pluto in Aquarius
Ending a cycle of seeing ourselves through the lens of separation and breaking free from the limitations of the past paradigm are in a disseminating trine to each other.
In the disseminating phase, we integrate the intention into society. For some, it will appear like there is a green light to achieve the new goal; for others, fear may be associated with the integration. The goal in this case is to end the self-identification with the effects of separation to identify with the effects of oneness: compassion, acceptance, and forgiveness for the Self.
The original conjunction between the Moon and Pluto occurred in the Aquarius sign. We began a new cycle of aligning our identities with the soul's desires to break free from the limitations that have restricted us.
Moon/SN trine Uranus
Uranus in Taurus refers to breaking free from the limitations of survival patterns and what we find to be valuable for survival. This can include self-value. Uranus accelerates our thought processes. It is the higher mind. Because it is future-oriented, as in progressive and transformative. It is a flash of insight (thought) that innovates our present thought processes.
The Moon, SN conjunction, refers to the ending of the old cycle of perceiving ourselves through the lens of separation. The integration of the ending of the way of self-identifying ourselves through the lens of separation and innovating our thought processes in a shocking way is being placed out into society.
Moon inconjunct Chiron
Chiron in Aries shows us that we heal the wounds of our dissolving societal structure by showing up as our true selves. This means acting instinctually from what emanates from within. Throughout human history, humans have benefited from living in close proximity. Standing with the group meant safety; stepping out alone was sure death. Being different was a form of stepping out on our own. We were ostracized, neglected, and killed for being different. This led to the suppression of our true nature. The trauma associated with this is deep within our DNA. Chiron in Aries helps us heal this wound; by doing so, we can help others do the same.
The Moon in Virgo refers to a self-image focused on self-improvement. This can be about health or working toward mastery in the healthy sense. Still, if it works from the shadow, we see shame, guilt, and inferiority as a self-image. This shadow side is the focus of this moon for some folks.
The inconjunct is a blind spot that causes a crisis in the external world but requires an internal adjustment to rectify. Healing our ability to be instinctual and show up as our true selves will cause a crisis if we see ourselves as inferior. On the other side, healing our ability to show up as our authentic selves will also cause external crises if we are working to improve ourselves. In both cases, it alerts us to the need for self-analysis and adjustment.
Sun, Saturn, NN, trine Mars in Cancer
The Pisces stellium holds an interesting order of operations. Saturn and the Sun are in a closing phase to each other. It depicts the crystallized emotional container that offers resilience. It is completing the self-actualization and purpose associated with transcendence.
The Sun and the NN are also in a closing phase, signifying that the future identity that is aligned with compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance is also aligning with our self-actualization of true purpose.
Neptune is in a new phase conjunction with the Sun. It suggests the self-actualization of our creative purpose and authenticity is beginning a new cycle of aligning with our spiritual nature.
Together, these planets reflect the shift from the old Self to the new Self. This new Self is aligned with our true spiritual nature that derives from within.
The trine to Mars is a first-quarter trine. We are learning to integrate acting from a place of internal security. Saturn is important here because we are just now completing the emotional structure to withstand the pressure of advocating for ourselves as we witness the dissolution of the previous structure.
Sun, Saturn, NN, sextile Uranus
The three planets of this stellium reflect the completion of our future selves, which are aligned with openness, acceptance, compassion, and forgiveness. We are completing the union of our future identity with our spiritually derived creative purpose. At the same time, we are completing the emotional container that gives us the resilience needed to step into our new roles.
Uranus represents the higher mind. Its transits allow for innovation of the sign it occupies. It does this through a shocking transformation that leads to innovation. Uranus in Taurus is innovating survival skills by breaking apart our conditioned value structure. The old values we have been conditioned to honor are associated with money, scarcity, and hierarchy, to name a few.
The sextile between Uranus and the Pisces stellium interacts with each planet differently. The day after the eclipse, the Sun and Uranus will be in an exact sextile, showing that we are beginning to internalize the innovation of our values. This internalization supports the creative purpose and authenticity derived from the Source.
The applying sextile between Saturn and Uranus refers to the resilient emotional container that is developing and will support the sudden innovation in value structure.
The NN refers to the future identity aligned with the Source energy. It is in a separating sextile with Uranus. This means the future identity has already begun internalizing an accelerated value structure.
Mercury's ingress into Aries
Mercury ingressed into Aries shortly after the New Moon in Pisces, and stations retrograde during the Full Moon and eclipse. During the journey through Pisces, the previous perspective of reality and the communication accompanying it dissolved and aligned with the Source. We experienced no boundaries in perspective or communication. Thoughts and communication became delusional and illusional, and an unclear picture of what reality is was experienced.
As Mercury moved into Aries, we began to take in reality differently. We began aligning our thoughts and communication with what we were experiencing directly. For some, the unseen aspects of reality may be realized.
Mercury conjunct Venus ®
Mercury has stationed retrograde and begins its retrograde motion right after the eclipse. Mercury retrograde refers to the inward gaze of personal perspective. It is the process of learning to focus on what information is essential for a soul's personal evolution. All other information is not valid. In the sign of Aries, the focus is on the Self and the discovery of the special purpose.
Venus retrograde in Aries refers to the inward gaze that allows a soul to develop its own sense of needs and values in life. It represents a breaking free from externally imposed values. In Aries, the process is instinctual. The soul learns for itself what it needs and does not need, what it likes and does not like.
The conjunction is a new phase. We are beginning a new cycle of aligning our perspective with our needs and values. Personal perspectives and values do not focus on external perspectives or values.
Mercury square Mars in Cancer
Mercury in Aries is applying toward a square to Mars. As Mercury stations retrograde, our mental faculties become inwardly focused. The perspective that we are focusing on is the discovery of who we are and what our purpose is.
Mars in Cancer aligns our actions and desires with an internal sense of security. How do our actions make us feel? Are we comfortable with what we are doing?
The last-quarter square between Mars and Mercury represents a "crisis in consciousness." This occurs when the beliefs of the status quo are different from our own beliefs. The crisis leads us to break free from the norm to follow what we believe to be true.
In this case, our thoughts are focused on discovering who we are. Acting on what we feel our direction will often be contrary to what the norm prescribes. We must follow our own truth to discover who we really are.
Mercury sextile Jupiter
Jupiter in Gemini refers to an expansion of perceptions. Jupiter represents the right brain. This part of the brain entertains the "what else" that exists. It represents inner knowing and contemplating possibilities. This right brain function connects to the Source, where the possibilities of all things exist.
As Mercury prepares to move retrograde, it shifts its external focus to the right brain, the internal focus. The sextile to Jupiter in Gemini supports the Mercury in Aries energy. Mercury in Aries allows us to explore new realms of consciousness. As it shifts to a retrograde function, it explores the internal realm. Jupiter in Gemini has expanded both realms of Gemini, making the sextile mutually supportive.
This last sextile creates a new identity due to the expanded awareness. This new identity is aware of the cosmic reality. At this point, the shift from past to future identity is possible.
Mercury conjunct Venus ® semi-square Uranus
Beginning a new cycle of aligning our perspective with our needs and values allows us to accelerate these functions within us. The semi-square to Uranus in Taurus is the beginning energy to internalize the sudden innovation of our values. Our value system is rapidly moving from external to internal.
Venus Retrograde 3/01
Venus began its retrograde motion on March 1st, shortly after the New Moon in Pisces. Venus retrograde in Aries refers to the inward gaze that allows a soul to develop its own sense of needs and values in life. It is an instinctual process that accelerates the evolution of values by breaking us free from externally imposed values.
Venus ® conjunct Neptune-Mercury
Venus retrograde in Aries helps us learn to internalize our own values. Values are what give us meaning in this life. It is an acceleration energy to evolve and individuate our values. Each of us will find meaning that is individuated to our own needs.
Neptune at the last degree of Pisces. This is the intense energy of the final inward breath that dissolves those features of our reality that are no longer in line with human evolution.
In its forward motion, Venus crossed Neptune, and the values linked to the dissolving paradigm were likewise dissolved. At the same time, a higher meaning was infused. Venus's beginning journey into Aries allowed us to explore and discover new values. The retrograde motion will enable us to internalize which new discoveries are for us and which are not.
Similarly, Mercury traversed Neptune in Pisces, dissolving all thought processes no longer aligned with our evolution. At the same time, our thoughts were infused with higher meaning. Mercury also crossed Venus in Aries. Our thoughts aligned with the new meaning that we were discovering. At the beginning of the retrograde motion, we internalize these new thought processes and determine how these new perceptions hold meaning.
Venus ® sextile Pluto
Venus retrograde in Aries refers to the inward gaze that allows an internalized vision. It fosters the development of one's own sense of needs and values in life. It leads to breaking free from externally imposed values.
Pluto in Aquarius, the undercurrent of our evolution, is moving us ever so slowly toward the individuation of our uniqueness. Each of us carries a desire to self-actualize the unique purpose that we were intended to create. The dissolving societal structure did not encourage its manifestation.
The first sextile between these energies refers to the development of effort. The action to embody the intention becomes internalized. A withdrawal from the external is necessary for contemplation. During contemplation, insights and memories from the past may arise that help manifest the intention. The intention was to begin a new cycle of breaking free from external values to align with personal values that encourage our unique individuation.
Mars square Chiron
Mars in Cancer refers to acting from a place of emotional resiliency and internal security. Chiron in Aries refers to healing the collective wound that has prevented us from showing up as our true selves. Then, using that to help others to do the same.
The square between them is a "crisis in action" square. This is where there is pressure to make a change, but not really knowing how. Making the choice to do something different leads to a different outcome. In this case, stepping into our true selves by acting on what piques our curiosity helps us heal the wound. We can change how we make decisions moving forward by checking in with how we feel on the inside.
Jupiter square Saturn
Expanding our intuitive nature increases the awareness of both sides of reality. Gemini represents both the seen and the unseen reality. We have been conditioned to believe only in the world that can be experienced by the senses. Jupiter is the right brain. The part of us that intuits beyond what can be sensed. It is the part of us that communicates directly with the Source energy.
Saturn represents the emotional container developed through experience and time that makes a soul internally resilient. External emotional protection is achieved by placing external boundaries.
The original conjunction between Saturn and Jupiter took place in Aquarius in 2020. The intention was to begin a new cycle of breaking free from the societal beliefs guiding the societal norms at the time.
The societal beliefs are that the only things that truly exist are those things that can be measured. The first-quarter square is a "crisis in action" square, where we must choose to act differently to make a change. Expanding our awareness can lead to a fuller understanding of our reality.
Uranus trine Pluto
Uranus in Taurus refers to the breaking apart of values associated with the dissolved societal norm. Pluto in Aquarius refers to the confrontation and transmutation of our individuated selves. The polarity point of Pluto in Aquarius is Leo. Becoming our true selves through being directed from our hearts is the intention of this alignment.
Uranus will be the ruler of Pluto for the next 20 years. It points to how Pluto will transmute. Breaking free from our conditioned values will help us all to individuate.
The Pluto-Uranus Square occurred in March 2015, when Pluto was mid-Capricorn, and Uranus was in Aries. The intention was to make different choices concerning breaking free from societal conditioning to align with an instinctual self. As we continue to work toward the trine, we implement what we changed at the square.
Pluto trine SN
The SN at the beginning of Virgo marks the start of a shift away from identifying with the external hierarchy. It is in a first quarter trine aspect to confronting and transmuting the individuation process by becoming our authentic selves and meeting life from our hearts.
The last time Pluto and the SN made a conjunction was in March of 2019 in the sign of Capricorn. The intention was to begin a new cycle of identifying with the transmutation of the societal structure. The "crisis in action" square between the two planets occurred in July 2023, when the nodal axis shifted into Aries and Libra, and Pluto was at the anaretic degree of Capricorn. We had to make different choices to begin moving away from identifying ourselves with the external world.
At the trine, with the nodes shifting into Virgo and Pisces, we put the lessons of the square into everyday action and begin the process of healing from the discomforts of hierarchy.
Always appreciate your work Adrienne!
