It's All About the Mind
New Moon Aries/ Partial Solar Eclipse 3/29/2025 6:58 am 9 degrees 0 minutes
This New Moon and partial Solar Eclipse carries intense energies with it. The large stellium in Pisces and Aries reflects endings and beginnings simultaneously. We are leaving behind the old paradigm of separation and moving toward inclusion based on our individuality. Both Venus and Mercury have advanced through the first decan of Aries. This decan is ruled by Aries and carries the energy of new beginnings and the true self.
With Mercury and Venus, we are referring to perceptions and values. Earlier this month both planets stationed retrograde. This motion allows for the review and internalization of new values and perspectives.
Mercury rules Gemini and Virgo. It is related to our perspectives, which is related to what we are exposed to. Our environment dictates our thought processes. Mercury was the only God that could move between the worlds to collect and communicate information. Gemini also has an internal side, during Mercury retrograde, we experience inner thought processes and self-talk.
Mercury, in all its forms, gives us our perception of reality. As the SN ruler, Mercury has given us the perspective of identifying ourselves through the lens of separation. This view has been supported by our cultures for millennia. We separate ourselves from the animal world, the earth, and each other. This separation upholds the perspective of fear. Fear has led us to the ills of our society.
The Piscean stellium reflects where we are going. A total shift of consciousness from that of separation to that of oneness. Mercury rules the current shift. It is a shift in consciousness. Jupiter in Gemini has expanded our perceptions to include the left and right brains. Mercury, through Aquarius, helped us to break our minds free from the perspectives of the dissolving paradigm. Through Pisces, we began to dissolve the old perceptions and align with those beyond the physical realm, aligning with Piscean themes of compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance.
Venus is the planet of relating. It encompasses how we relate to ourselves and use our perceptions of ourselves to relate to others. The consciousness shift will change how we relate to each other. Venus rules both Taurus and Libra. The sign of Taurus refers to how we survive in the world and what we need and, therefore, value, including ourselves, to survive. Uranus in Taurus is breaking apart societal values, and Venus retrograde in Pisces is helping us discover our own values that align with Piscean values of sharing, compassion, forgiveness, and universal love.
How we see the world is related to how we see ourselves. The Kite formation shows us that Venus in Pisces is where we will soar to new heights. We are beginning a new era. Our perceptions of reality are changing. We are starting to see ourselves through both the left and right hemispheres of the brain, the sacred masculine and the sacred feminine, the light and the dark. Our future will be guided by both the knowledge of separation and the knowledge of oneness. It's all in the perspective we choose to see.
This New Moon in Aries and Solar Eclipse pushes us into the unknown. It is a new age of self-discovery. Our perspectives will change, and our values and beliefs will change. As a result, our world will change.
Lunation in Aries
The Sun and Moon have joined each other in Aries. The NN is within the 15-degree orb, signifying a partial eclipse. All New Moons depicts the beginning of a cycle between how we self-actualize our inner worlds daily. We are self-actualizing new identities. This begins the cycle of discovering who this new self is. The Eclipse intensifies the energy of this new beginning, and the sign of Aries also refers to a new beginning.
Lunation conjunct Mercury ® Neptune
The Lunation is conjunct the rulers of the nodal axis. The rulers show us how we go about integrating the nodes. Discovering and self-actualizing who we are becoming is related to our thoughts being aligned inwardly and the last of the dissolving paradigm. The anaretic degree of Pisces represents the dissolving of all meaning associated with the old paradigm. New meaning begins to come from within.
The inward gaze of Mercury retrograde represents a slowing down so that we can "see" how we have changed. Our past perceptions dissolved as Mercury traversed through Pisces. When Mercury entered Aries, we began perceiving ourselves differently. The retrograde motion allows us to slow down to perceive our new discoveries and ultimately accelerate our perception of ourselves along with a higher meaning associated with the new perception.
Lunation Semi-square Uranus
Self-actualizing the newly emerging identity daily and breaking free from outdated value structures are in a last semi-square to each other. This aspect brings about a crisis because there is an acceleration between the past identity and the newly emerging one. There is a need for trial and error exploration of relationships, and fulfilling past social duties is also necessary.
Mercury ® conjunct Lunation, Neptune, Venus, NN, Saturn
Mercury and Neptune are key players as rulers of the nodal axis. While the nodes are in Pisces and Virgo, the placement of these planets will show us what we are working on to effect the integration of the NN. Mercury rules the SN, while Neptune Rules the NN. Our past identity of seeing ourselves through eyes of separation is experiencing an inward gaze. The gaze allows us to contemplate our perceptions and accelerate how we perceive reality. It enables us to think for ourselves in a new way.
Neptune, the ruler of the NN, helps us to become our future identity by dissolving all limitations that have come before that have prevented us from seeing our reality through the eyes of a single organism. Seeing ourselves from this point of view allows us to forgive, accept, and have compassion for ourselves and others.
The conjunction between the nodal rulers is a new phase conjunction. This shows us that we have completed the journey of seeing through the eyes of separation. We can now bring key elements that we have learned from seeing through the eyes of separation into our future identity for a holistic way of experiencing reality.
Venus retrograde is also conjunct the stellium. Venus retrograde in Pisces allows us to reject external values that no longer hold meaning. It also accelerates our ability to individuate our values and to align with the higher meaning portrayed by Neptune. The conjunction with Neptune is a closing phase where we are culminating and dissolving the past.
Saturn is bringing up the rear of the Pisces stellium. It culminates with the NN to align our future identities with a strong emotional container that can withstand the emotional flooding associated with dissolving the old paradigm and the sudden acceleration of our values.
Mercury ® trine Mars
Mercury retrograde in Aries is a time of review of the newly discovered perspective. In its review, it is focused inwardly on the personal perspective. This inward gaze is a right-brained focus. It looks beyond the possibility of what it sees to attain an accelerated perspective.
Mars in Cancer refers to acting through the emotional realm of inner security. Mars is the natural ruler of Aries. It is spontaneous and outgoing. Cancer is security and emotion-focused.
The trine between them is a disseminating trine. The disseminating phase is about integrating the original purpose into the societal realm. The original purpose became evident at the conjunction, just after the Luna Eclipse in Taurus in October 2023. The conjunction took place in Scorpio, where we began a new cycle of Acting to confront our perspectives and transmute them, thereby empowering ourselves.
As we become aware of our new perspective and act upon our emotions and security in a new way, we can disseminate this new perspective to society.
Mercury ® sextile Pluto
As we review our newly emerged perspective, the review allows us to see how this information is necessary for our evolution. Pluto in Aquarius is the bottom-line direction of our evolution. The soul desires us to individuate and become our authentic selves.
The first sextile is supportive energy, where we are internalizing the original intention as our own. The original conjunction occurred in the sign of Aquarius. The purpose was to begin a new cycle of breaking free from perspectives of the status quo.
Venus ® conjunct Mercury, Neptune, NN, Saturn
Venus retrograde in Pisces is about accelerating our value structure to reflect our values instead of externally derived ones. With Venus in Pisces, values are aligned with higher meaning, our universal values.
The conjunction with Mercury retrograde in Aries reflects the inward gaze that sees its own newly discovered perspective based on personal experiences. At the same time, we are aligning this new perspective with personal values that hold more meaning than previously held values.
At the last degree of Pisces, Neptune is an intense energy that completes the dissolving of worn-out structures. As the old dissolves, we are left with an emotional void that is intense and hard to deal with. This energy adds to the perspective change and the breaking free from external values.
Saturn in Pisces has built a strong emotional container that is resilient enough to withstand the abrupt changes in the external world. All of these energies together point out who we are becoming: Individuated beings with a level of self-mastery that can withstand external changes, perceive reality in their own way, and have an accelerated value system aligned with higher meaning.
Venus ® conjunct Mercury, Neptune, NN, Saturn oppose SN.
The large Pisces/Aries stellium represents who we are becoming: individuated beings with a self-mastery that can withstand external changes, perceive reality in their own way, and have an accelerated value system aligned with higher meaning.
The SN in Virgo refers to our past identity that perceives itself through the eyes of separation. Doing so has created an illusion that something is wrong with us, leading to instances of personal and collective crisis. The SN ruler is Mercury. It is through the eyes of external perceptions dictated through the 5 senses that we see ourselves as separate.
The opposition to the Pisces/Aries stellium is an integration of the two poles, where we can see ourselves through the eyes of separation and through a new perception of the whole. The whole, Pisces, acknowledges that all things come from the same place, Source and are therefore connected, not separate. This new perspective allows for compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, and universal love.
Venus ® conjunct Mercury, Neptune, NN, Saturn trine Mars
Venus retrograde is aligned with a large Pisces/Aries stellium, about who we are becoming. We are becoming individuated beings with a self-mastery that can emotionally withstand external changes, perceive reality in their own way, and have an accelerated value system aligned with higher meaning.
Mars in Cancer aligns our actions and desires with an internal sense of security. Mars asks us if we are comfortable with what we are doing? Mars, the natural ruler of Aries, is spontaneous and outgoing. It is instinctual action based upon who we truly are. Cancer is security and emotion-focused. Sometimes, when we act, we are uncomfortable with our actions.
The trine Mars makes with the stellium has both first-quarter and disseminating trine elements. The first-quarter trine elements are Saturn, NN, and Neptune. The emotional container Saturn has been creating during its transit through Pisces is integrating whether our actions align with our emotional structure.
The Neptune and NN conjunction aligns our future identities with the elements that come through us from the Source: compassion, acceptance, forgiveness, and universal love. It also integrates the alignment of our actions with how they make us feel.
Venus and Mercury retrograde are disseminating trines. Here, we are placing our own values and perspectives into the collective.
Venus ® conjunct Mercury, Neptune, NN, Saturn sextile Uranus
Venus retrograde and the other planets involved in the large Pisces/Aries stellium associated with the individuated beings we are becoming. We are self-mastering a strong emotional container that can withstand external changes, perceive reality in its own way, and have an accelerated value system aligned with higher meaning.
Uranus in Taurus is helping us innovate and create a new value system. It helps us to break free of the values from the dissolving paradigm. Taurus is associated with our survival, our senses, and what we value to survive. As Uranus breaks us free from past limitations, it supports the energy of the Pisces/Aries stellium.
Venus ® conjunct Mercury, Neptune, NN, Saturn sextile Pluto
We are becoming individuated beings with a self-mastery that can withstand external changes, perceive reality in their own way, and have an accelerated value system aligned with higher meaning. This stellium is sextile to Pluto. Pluto in Aquarius is the bottom-line desire of the individual souls as well as the soul of the collective.
Aquarius holds the energy of individuation. Pluto in Aquarius refers to merging with our individuated selves. It's about breaking free from the confines of how we fit into our societal system without being conditioned by it. The polarity point of Pluto is in Leo. Leo represents our authentic selves, inner child, innate creativity, and most importantly, the heart.
The energy of Pluto in Aquarius supports the Pisces/Aries stellium, which seeks to dissolve the old self and become the new and improved version that comes from within, Pisces.
Kite formation: Venus ®, Pluto, Uranus, SN
The kite formation consists of a grand trine with two sextiles on one of the sides. The two sextiles converge at a point that rises above the trine. This point represents the ability to soar high and reach great heights. It also gives a sense of freedom and opportunity.
Venus is the point that rises above the trine. Aligning our values with the Source instead of with the system we have been conditioned by gives us freedom and opportunity.
Mars sextile SN
Mars refers to our instinctual action, drive, and desire. It is how we act on Pluto's desires. Pluto is asking us to break free from our conditioning. Mars in Cancer shows us that we must align with our inner world and emotional field to do this.
The SN in Virgo refers to our past identity that has seen itself through the discernment of the outer world. Virgo is about the details, while Pisces is the whole. When we separate the external world into its parts, we identify with the parts as reality.
The sextile between the two is a last sextile. The last sextile is about creating a new identity. This new identity is related to the cosmic whole. We connect with the Neptune/Piscean world as we align with our inner world. It is from this internal space that we align with Source.
Mars sextile Uranus
Mars in Cancer refers to acting from a place of inner emotional security. Uranus in Taurus is breaking us free from an external value system and individuating our personal values. The sextile between them is an applying first sextile. The intention at the original conjunction in Taurus was to break free from external values and to begin a new cycle of acting instinctually on one's own values.
This is a supportive aspect. Breaking free from external values supports us in acting from our instinctual selves.
Mars square Chiron
Mars in Cancer refers to acting from a place of emotional resiliency and internal security. Chiron in Aries refers to healing the collective wound that has prevented us from showing up as our true selves. As wounded healers, we learn to work through our wounds and then use that work to help others do the same.
The square between them is a "crisis in action" square. This is where there is pressure to make a change, but not really knowing how. Making the choice to do something different leads to a different outcome. In this case, stepping into our true selves by acting on what piques our curiosity helps us heal the wound. We can change how we make decisions moving forward by checking in with how we feel on the inside.
Jupiter square Saturn
Expanding our intuitive nature increases the awareness of both sides of reality. Gemini represents both the seen and the unseen reality. We have been conditioned to believe only in the world that can be experienced by the senses. Jupiter is the right brain. The part of us that intuits beyond what can be sensed. It is the part of us that communicates directly with the Source energy.
Saturn represents the emotional container developed through experience and time that makes a soul internally resilient. External emotional protection is achieved by placing external boundaries.
The original conjunction between Saturn and Jupiter took place in Aquarius in 2020. The intention was to begin a new cycle of breaking free from the societal beliefs guiding the societal norms at the time.
The societal beliefs are that the only things that truly exist are those things that can be measured. The first-quarter square is a "crisis in action" square, where we must choose to act differently to make a change. Expanding our awareness can lead to a fuller understanding of our reality.
Saturn sextile Uranus exact
Saturn in Pisces refers to the protection of our emotional field. The emotions are watery. They need a non-leaky container to hold them. This emotional structure plays out as resilience. It develops over time and is related to repeated exposure to emotional dysregulation.
Uranus in Taurus refers to sudden disruption or trauma response associated with outdated survival patterns. Taurus is about how we survive in these bodies on the earth. It is aligned with what we need to survive. The needs translate into values. Uranus is also related to long-term memory, including those of our ancestors. The survival patterns of our ancestors are outdated. We all have endured significant trauma due to the way our cultures survive.
The exact sextile between the resilient emotional container and the outdated survival patterns is supportive energy. The last sextile is about creating a new identity to actualize a new social role. We look at the original conjunction to determine the new identity and social role. The original conjunction took place in February 1988 at the anaretic degree of Sagittarius. The intention was to begin a new cycle of protecting the emotions concerning breaking free from outdated belief structures.
At the last sextile, we have developed sufficient resiliency to break free from an outdated value system. Values and beliefs are integrally related. Values and beliefs are two concepts that govern our behavior. They affect our attitudes, perceptions, personality, character, and behavior.
The difference between values and beliefs is that values are principles, ideals, or standards of behavior. In contrast, beliefs are convictions that we generally accept to be true. Beliefs influence our values, attitudes, and behavior. This sextile represents the new identity that has broken free from outdated beliefs and is now breaking free from the values that supported those beliefs.
Saturn trine Mars
Saturn in Pisces refers to creating an emotional container that can withstand the emotional flooding caused by the dissolving paradigm. This is done through repeated exposure. Internally, it causes resilience over time, much like constant rubbing causes a callous to develop.
Mars in Cancer refers to what we act upon being aligned with our emotional field, inner sense of security, and who we see ourselves as. Learning to act from our inner world makes us less likely to need external guidance.
The original conjunction between Mars and Saturn occurred almost a year ago in the sign of Pisces. We began a new cycle of aligning our actions with the developing emotional container. At the first-quarter trine, we learn to act from our emotional worlds because we have created a strong structure through personal responsibility, creating boundaries, and developing resilience.
Uranus sextile Venus ® NN Saturn
The three planets of this stellium reflect the completion of our future selves, which are aligned with openness, acceptance, compassion, and forgiveness. We are completing the union of our future identity with a spiritually derived way of relating to ourselves and others. Venus retrograde helps us to reject externally placed values. It allows us to attune to personal values and meaning from within. At the same time, we are completing the emotional container that gives us the resilience needed to step into our new selves. The emotional container is in an exact sextile to Uranus, depicting that our resilience helps us break free of old values.
Uranus represents the higher mind. Its transits allow for innovation of the sign it occupies. It does this through a shocking transformation that leads to innovation. Uranus in Taurus is innovating survival skills by breaking apart our conditioned value structure. The old values we have been conditioned to honor are associated with money, scarcity, and hierarchy, to name a few.
The sextile between Uranus and the Pisces stellium leads to a new identity that can be easily transitioned into. We are beginning to internalize the innovation of our values. This internalization supports the creative purpose and authenticity derived from the Source.
The NN refers to the future identity aligned with the Source energy. It is in a separating sextile with Uranus. This means the future identity has already begun internalizing an accelerated value structure.
Uranus trine SN
Uranus in Taurus refers to breaking free from the external value system. The SN in Virgo refers to the past identity that focuses on the details of reality. This myopic view of life does not consider the bigger picture (Pisces). It reduces the whole into its individual parts. Then, it sorts those parts into a hierarchy of importance. With this view, humanity has divided its parts into those that are good enough and those that are not.
Collectively, we are moving away from feeling not good enough and achieving a balance between how we bring Spirit (the whole) into form. This balance looks like compassion for self and others and forgiveness for perceived mistakes.
The trine between the two is a disseminating trine. This is where our past identity, which feels inferior or superior, breaks free from the external values that cause us to have poor or inflated self-esteem. We disseminate this into the social sphere and become an inspiration for others.
Uranus trine Pluto
Uranus in Taurus refers to the breaking apart of values associated with the dissolved societal norm. Pluto in Aquarius refers to the confrontation and transmutation of our individuated selves. The polarity point of Pluto in Aquarius is Leo. Becoming our true selves through being directed from our hearts is the intention of this alignment.
Uranus will be the ruler of Pluto for the next 20 years. It points to how Pluto will transmute. Breaking free from our conditioned values will help us all to individuate.
The Pluto-Uranus Square occurred in March 2015, when Pluto was mid-Capricorn, and Uranus was in Aries. The intention was to make different choices concerning breaking free from societal conditioning to align with an instinctual self. As we continue to work toward the trine, we implement what we changed at the square.
Pluto trine SN
Pluto in Aquarius is the bottom line in evolution. We are to individuate from the past paradigm.
The SN near the beginning of Virgo marks a shift away from identifying ourselves through the lens of separation. It is in a first quarter trine aspect to confronting and transmuting the individuation process by becoming our authentic selves and meeting life from our hearts.
The last time Pluto and the SN made a conjunction was in March of 2019 in the sign of Capricorn. The intention was to begin a new cycle of identifying with the transmutation of the societal structure. The "crisis in action" square between the two planets occurred in July 2023, when the nodal axis shifted into Aries and Libra, and Pluto was at the anaretic degree of Capricorn. We had to make different choices to begin moving away from identifying ourselves with the external world.
At the trine, with the nodes shifting into Virgo and Pisces, we put the lessons of the square into everyday action and begin the process of healing from the discomforts of hierarchy.
